Community Service Meeting

Gloria Cohen
and Polly Hammer invite you all to our very important meeting on Monday, September 12 at 10:00 AM
at the East Meadow Jewish Center, 1400 Prospect Avenue, East Meadow. Park in rear, enter through rear door and go DOWNSTAIRS upon entering.

Amy Zaslansky will tell us how MWI can help with this important organization that collects and distributes books to children in need across Long Island.  You can help at book fairs, street fairs, telephone squads, etc.  Meet the dynamic and charming Amy who started it all.  Her enthusiasm is captivating!

A representative from Literacy Nassau will give us an orientation.  She will review the mission and history of Literacy Nassau and present an overview of each of their programs.  You will then be able to decide which program works for you and then find a convenient time to do the training for that program.

We look forward to seeing you all at our meeting as we present these two new programs for MWI Community Service.
