This is the internationally prominent research entity of the North Shore-LIJ Health System. It serves as the research training base for medical and PhD graduate students of the new medical school at Hofstra University. Its world class scientists bring knowledge and innovation in clinical areas such as Molecular Genetics, Neuroscience, Autoimmunity, Immunology and Psychiatric Disorders.
We will have a brief docent led tour of their state-of-the-art facility, followed by a buffet lunch, and conclude with a lectue by May Kaie Ojamaa and others. We will be presenting our 2016 grant to Feinstein at this time.
