SECOND ANNUAL ESSAY CONTEST

Essay Contest Off To A Good Start

The submissions have come in for our second annual Essay Contest, open to 4th and 5th graders, and I am pleased to report that more districts participated this year, with a total of nearly 350 essays! This year’s topic is “Making my Community a Better Place...” The committee is looking forward to our day of reading and rating. Last year it was a very hard decision to make. This year, we allowed longer essays, and we also will be awarding three prizes.
